At Squirtapenia.org, every T-shirt is a protest and every product is made to order. Because we use print-on-demand fulfillment through our partners, each item is uniquely crafted when you click “buy” — which means we do not hold stock, and therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
⚠️ Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you.
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- Use our contact form or email support@squirtapenia.org
- Include clear photos of the damage or misprint
No need to return the damaged item — we’ll issue a reprint or refund once verified.
🧾 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. If you paid in a currency other than USD, exchange rate fluctuations may apply.
📷 Bulk or Multi-Item Claims
If the same issue affects multiple items using the same design, please provide a group photo showing all affected products in one image (or short video clip).
🚫 What We Can’t Refund
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Buyer’s regret after the product is printed
- Minor differences in print placement (up to 0.5″)
- Delivery failures due to incorrect shipping info
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, we can offer a reprint with an additional shipping fee or a partial refund depending on the situation.
